Suzanne Ashton

President

As founder and president of The Performance Group since 1998, Suzanne is realizing her vision for the company. She is passionate about TPG’s mission—to strive for the best, follow through with excellence and deliver beyond expectations.

Suzanne has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and sales and has an industry-wide reputation for challenging herself and others to higher standards. She worked in the maritime industry for seven years negotiating contracts with international shipping companies. Later, Suzanne was Vice President of Membership for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce for over six years. She has worked in the meeting and incentive business for 13 years. Suzanne is currently a member of the advisory boards for Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels and the Tucson Convention & Visitors Bureau. She is a former advisory board member for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Suzanne is a graduate of the University of California, Davis.
